What really happens when glass fibre meets resin?

Resin saturation of glass fibre is non-negotiable in GFRP rebar production.

The moment glass fibre meets resin is where performance is either locked in or compromised forever.

Proper saturation (full impregnation) ensures every filament is completely wetted. No dry spots. No trapped air. No weak interfaces.

When this step is done right, you get:
